Our Process
Understand
We start with a complimentary 15-minute consultation to understand how you work, what's taking up your time and where support would make the greatest difference.
Recommend
We'll recommend an appropriate level of support. If we think you need fewer hours than you expected, or don't need ongoing support at all, we'll tell you. No unnecessary tie-ins. No paying for support you don't need.
Set-up
We agree priorities, ways of working, communication preferences, access and security before support begins.
Support
Your retainer begins with an initial one-month commitment, followed by a rolling monthly arrangement with 30 days' notice.
